Samantha Morgan

I am a Marketing Manager at Fischer Homes, overseeing marketing strategy and execution across the Atlanta, Louisville, Northern Kentucky, and Raleigh divisions. In my role, I lead integrated marketing efforts that support new community launches, home sales, brand awareness, events, digital marketing, public relations, and Realtor engagement. Since joining Fischer Homes in 2018, I have held several roles that have given me a well-rounded understanding of the company, our communities, and the homebuyer experience. I enjoy combining strategic thinking with creative problem-solving to develop marketing that connects with customers, supports sales teams, and reflects the unique character of each market and community. My experience spans marketing strategy, campaign development, event planning, social media, communications, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. I am especially passionate about thoughtful storytelling, strong brand positioning, and creating marketing that is both compelling and practical.
