Before your official Design Appointment, you'll have the opportunity to attend a Design Studio Preview Day. During this visit, you’ll get a closer look at the large variety of finishes and selections available to you—helping you feel more confident and prepared for your upcoming appointment. Plus, you can kick off your design journey with our interactive Design Visualizer tool, where you can explore finishes, personalize your space, and see your vision come to life.
The big day is finally here: your Design Appointment! At your appointment, you'll meet one-on-one with one of our experienced designers, who will guide you through the process of designing your new home. Together, you'll spend the day reviewing the mechanics, electrical plan, exterior selections, and interior details like countertops, cabinets, and more that allow you to make your home your own!
The last and most important step is Sign-off! During Sign-off, you and your designer will review and finalize everything you have selected throughout your Design Appointment for your new Fischer Home. Once this is completed, the design is set, and your dream home will soon be your reality!
