Fischer Homes Announces Winner of 2022 Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home

Fischer Homes is thrilled to announce that on June 24, we drew our winner, Deborah Rudy of Williamsburg, OH for our 2022 Cincinnati Dream Home located in Batavia, OH live on Fox 19.  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital prioritizes a child's health first, by covering all of the costs involved in receiving the treatment that they need. In just a few short weeks, with the community's involvement, we were able to sell out 13,000 tickets with the proceeds going to support St. Jude and the families in their care. This resulted in a final total of $1.3 million going directly towards the funding required to help these families and allowing the parents to focus primarily on the care of their child. 

The Home of Your Dreams

The Cincinnati Dream Home is located in our community Lexington Run - Derby Place in Batavia, OH. The Dream Home features our floorplan the Avery from our Designer collection with an Urban Modern exterior. The Avery provides open concept, five-level living, featuring a kitchen with a large walk-in pantry and pocket office. As well as the owner's suite sitting on a private level with three spacious bedrooms steps away. It is fully stocked with incredible amenities and features brought to the home by our generous sponsors and vendors Brizo, Shaw Floors, Bosch, Kichler, Trane, and various construction donors helping along with the building process. This wouldn't be possible without the help of these incredible teams working together for a life-changing cause.

Batavia, Ohio is home to the Fischer Homes community Lexington Run - Derby Place which features various amenities such as Horseshoe Bend Park and a community center with swimming pools, cabana, playground, basketball courts, and scenic lake, and a playfield. With the help of the surrounding areas near our communities, we have raised over $20 million in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
