Fischer Homes Raises Record-Breaking $4.4 Million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Fischer Homes has achieved a historic milestone in its partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, raising $4.4 million in 2025. This record-setting total marks the most ever raised in a single year by the company, solidifying Fischer Homes as the only builder in the nation to design, build, and give away three St. Jude Dream Homes® in one calendar year.

A Legacy of Giving Back

For more than 25 years, Fischer Homes has proudly partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway program. Since joining the initiative, the builder has completed 35 Dream Homes and raised over $34 million to help advance St. Jude’s lifesaving research and treatment efforts. In 2024, Fischer Homes was honored with the Dr. Donald Mack Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing the company’s long-standing dedication to the cause.

  Value: $510,000
  Funds Raised: $1.8 million
  Giveaway Date: June 13, 2026

  

• St. Louis, Missouri
  Home: Calvin Modern Farmhouse – Inverness (Dardenne Prairie)
  Value: $652,000
  Funds Raised: $1.75 million
  Giveaway Date: August 14, 2026

  

• Louisville, Kentucky
  Home: Olive Coastal Classic – Bluegrass Meadows (Mt. Washington)
  Value: $482,000
  Funds Raised: $850,000
  Giveaway Date: October 2, 2026
