Tickets are on sale now for the 2022 Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home located in Batavia, Ohio in the community of Derby Place at Lexington Run! 

Construction for this year’s St. Jude Dream Home, The Avery Urban Modern design, is underway and tickets are on sale today! All proceeds from each $100 ticket go directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, helping to ensure that the families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. 

Fischer Homes is excited to present this year's St. Jude Dream Home, valued at $525,000, located in the community of Derby Place at Lexington Run in Batavia, Ohio. This Signature community showcases our Masterpiece and Designer Collections of new homes. Community amenities include Horseshoe Bend Park and Community Center including swimming pools, cabana, playground, basketball court, scenic lake, and playfield. On March 23, Fischer Homes hosted their annual Floor Signing Event at the Cincinnati St. Jude Dream Home site! Vendors and their teams came out to sign the floors of the home in support of the kids of St. Jude. The Floor Signing Event kicked off with a few words showcasing the importance of this campaign, and then our amazing donors were able to sign the floor of the home with some well wishes and kind words. Without the help of our incredible trade partners and vendors, we would not be able to continue this amazing tradition.

Fischer Homes has helped to raise over $24 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital throughout the years. In total, Fischer Homes has built 16 St. Jude Dream Homes for ALSAC - the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This year marks Fischer Homes as the very first home builder to build three St. Jude Dream Homes within a year!
