Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri in the beautiful community of Inverness!

This year’s St. Jude Dream Home, The Grandin, is currently under construction. Tickets are on sale now for $100 and all proceeds go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude’s mission is to help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Fischer Homes is beyond excited to present this year’s St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home valued at over $700,000 in the Inverness community. This incredible master-planned community in St. Charles County features four lakes, pocket parks, open green space, and a trail network. The two-story Grandin floorplan features four bedrooms and two and a half baths. With over 2,700 square feet of living space, this home offers endless possibilities for both entertaining and relaxing. The fully decorated home will be open for public tours on Saturdays & Sundays, July 8 - August 13.

Last year, the 2022 St. Jude St. Louis Dream Home Giveaway was record-breaking. All 16,000 tickets were sold, raising over $1.6 million in just over one month. St. Jude is hoping for another successful year in 2023.

Since 2007, Fischer Homes has constructed and donated 18 St. Jude Dream Homes raising over $28 million. This year, Fischer Homes will complete three homes as part of the St. Jude Dream Home ® Giveaway campaign. The homes are located in Cincinnati, St. Louis, and Louisville with an anticipated total of $3.5 million in combined ticket sales.
