No matter what home you choose, each home is installed with Energy Star LED lights! Compared to normal lightbulbs, LED bulbs are not only more efficient but also have longer life spans. They are said to be 90% more efficient and can last up to 40,000 hours!

Utilizing Recycled Materials

Did you know that in our flooring and exterior building, we use recycled materials? In our floors, we utilize Shaw Flooring where 85% of their products are Cradle to Cradle certified. This means that the materials in the products can be reused over and over again!

We Keep It Local

Transportation is said to account for 28% of the United States' total greenhouse gas emissions. Which is why we make efforts to utilize local suppliers and materials when possible. Not only to decrease our gas emissions, but also to keep transportation costs at a minimum. We also seek the highest quality materials when building our homes!
