All of the homes that will be featured by our sales counselors are turn-key ready or within 30 days of completion. We have communities across Louisville, providing convenient access to the Downtown area. We recommend deciding what your needs are and figuring out what floorplans spark your interest. Meet the Sales Counselor
Upon arriving at the home, you will be greeted by one of our Sales Counselors who will discuss the various options we have for move-in ready homes.
