Decide What Home You Want to Visit

We have two participating communities in Shepherdsville that you can visit, Summer's Cabin and Sanctuary at Mallard Lake! You can visit one of our two model homes, or one of our qualifying move-in ready homes, based on which home or floorplan you're interested in. You can visit numerous homes to get an idea of the design and style that fits you best. Through this link, you are able to see all of the homes participating in the event so you are able to decide which homes you are wanting to ask questions about when meeting with one of our Sales Counselors. 

Meet the Sales Counselor

Upon arriving at the home, you will be greeted by one of our Sales Counselors who will discuss the various options we have for move-in ready homes. They will also ensure that you get credit for joining us that day, that way upon completion you get your FREE pair of movie tickets and will be entered to win a $200 gift card to Ruth's Chris Steak House!
