Louisville St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Raises $850,000

On October 2, the Greater Louisville community came together to officially give away the 2025 Louisville St. Jude Dream Home. We are thrilled to share that all 8,500 tickets sold out, raising more than $850,000 to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This marks Fischer Homes’ fourth St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Louisville, and it was a record-breaking campaign!

The 2025 Louisville St. Jude Dream Home

This year’s Dream Home was built in our Bluegrass Meadows community in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. The featured floorplan, The Olive, showcases a beautiful two-story family room, a private study, and an open-concept kitchen designed for modern living. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car garage, this stunning home is valued at $482,000.
