Kelley GLobal Sales Workshop Visit

One of our standout college recruitment events was held in early September. We were thrilled to welcome students from the Kelley Global Sales Workshop at Indiana University for an immersive experience that showcased different career paths within sales and homebuilding.

The day started with a tour of our headquarters, giving students a firsthand look at how our business operates. This was followed by a visit to our Clay Model Home at Memorial Pointe, where students gained insight into how we bring our communities to life and got to hang out the Bengals mascot ‘Who Dey’.

The event wrapped up with a special tour of the Cincinnati Bengals Stadium, where the students learned about ticket sales strategies from the Bengals' sales team!  

Basecamp: Our largest co-op class to date

In addition to full-time recruitment, Fischer Homes is proud to offer our BASECAMP Co-Op Program, designed to support, train, and develop college students. Last summer, we welcomed our largest Co-Op class in history, reflecting our ongoing commitment to nurturing future talent.

Through individualized coaching, hands-on work experience, and professional networking, BASECAMP provides students with the tools they need to thrive in their careers and prepares them for success in the ever-evolving homebuilding industry.
