Fischer Homes Begins Their First Louisville 2022 St. Jude Dream Home!

Fischer Homes hosted its first Bricks and Sticks Event for this year's Louisville St. Jude Dream Home located in Mt. Washington, Kentucky in the community of Bluegrass Meadows. 

Construction for this year’s Dream Home, the Wyatt Nantucket Retreat, is underway after the exciting Bricks and Sticks Event that took place on February 22, 2022! The Fischer Homes team, trade partners, vendors, and St. Jude team gathered together at the Fischer Homes Blair Model Home located in the stunning community,  River Crest, in Mt. Washington, Kentucky to learn more about the 2022 St. Jude Dream Home in excitement to start this year's building process! 

The Bricks and Sticks Event kicked off with an exclusive presentation showcasing the importance of the Dream Home for the St. Jude organization. National trade partners and vendors were highlighted, showcasing their previous collaborations and donations from past years that have truly helped make this life-saving cause possible. 

Without the help of our amazing trade partners' and vendors' donations, we would not be able to continue this incredible tradition. This will be the very first St. Jude Dream Home in the Louisville market that Fischer Homes will build. In total, Fischer Homes has built 16 St. Jude Dream Homes for ALSAC - the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This year marks Fischer Homes as the very first home builder to build three St. Jude Dream Homes within a year!

This year's St. Jude Dream Home is located in the community of Bluegrass Meadows in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. This amazing community showcases our Designer and Maple Street Collections of homes, and our low-maintenance Paired Patio Home Collection coming soon! Future planned amenities include a cabana, swimming pool, and playground, truly making this the perfect location for all! 

Tickets for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway will be available for purchase on July 14, and all proceeds will go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The home is currently valued at $475,000 and the lucky winner will be drawn on live TV on October 6, 2022. Over $24 million has been raised for St. Jude across past campaign efforts. All proceeds go directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, helping to make sure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
